National Soccer Hall of Fame inductee Mia Hamm is an icon in women's sports. Mia, playing for the US Women's National Soccer Team, won FIFA Women's World Cup in 1991, the youngest American woman to do so at the age of 19. The all-time goal scorer in international soccer history, Mia won Olympic gold in 1996 and 2004, four NCAA Championships, a World Cup in 1999 and Women's FIFA World Player of the Year in 2002 and 2003.
Six-time NBA All-Star Paul Pierce is one of the biggest names in the NBA today. Nicknamed "The Truth," Pierce has played for the Boston Celtics for ten seasons now and has scored over 2,000 points in a single season, a Celtics achievement matched only by Larry Bird. Paul most recently led the Celtics to the 2008 NBA Championship and was named the NBA Finals Most Valuable Player.
Reggie Bush is a star football player for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL. Famous for his stellar college ball run with the University of Southern California, Reggie landed several awards including the Heisman Trophy in 2005. Selected 2nd overall in the 2006 NFL Draft, Reggie earned All-Rookie honors after posting 1523 total yards and scoring 9 touchdowns. Reggie's 88-yard touchdown in the 2007 NFC Championship is the longest play in NFC Championship Game history.
1976 Olympic gold medalist Sugar Ray Leonard is one of the greatest boxers of all time. After achieving Olympic gold Sugar Ray turned pro, where he would win his first 25 fights. Leonard had an award-filled pro boxing career, becoming both the North American Boxing Federation and WBC World Champion. The first boxer to win world titles in five different weight classes, a record that stands to this day, Ray was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1997.
Olympic champion Kristi Yamaguchi won gold in Women's Singles Figure Skating in 1992. Along with her Olympic medal Kristi has won gold medals in multiple World Figure Skating Championships and in the U.S. Figure Skating Championship. Most recently, Kristi added another first place finish to her resume in the sixth season of "Dancing With the Stars."

New Zealand-born singer-songwriter Keith Urban moved to Australia at a young age where he was raised on American country records and learned to play guitar by the age of six. His debut album charted four number 1 singles in Australia, leading him to move to the US. His second US album would go platinum and propel him into international stardom. Keith won the CMA Award for male vocalist in 2004 and again in 2005 when he was named Entertainer of the Year.
Canadian singer-songwriter, producer and actress Nelly Furtado made it big in 2000 with her debut album, "Whoa, Nelly!" which included her Grammy Award-winning single, "I'm like a Bird".
